The Ozark Mountain UFO Conference Is out of This World!
Something about the sinuous streets and distinctive local color of Eureka Springs seems to spark creativity, which exhibits itself through everything from the architecture to the residents to the festivals and events that grace its streets. Our unique town sees its fair share of quirky events throughout the year, and the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference is no exception to this rule.
What Is the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference?
For over 30 years, the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference has taken place in Eureka Springs.
Bill Pitts organized the original UFO conference in Eureka Springs in 1988, and one of the members in the audience, Lou Farish, thought that there should be an annual UFO conference in the U.S.
Lou Farish established the conference with the aim of sharing thought-provoking new information about “other beings, realities, and worlds around us.” Today, Dolores Cannon and Ozark Mountain Publishing continue the annual tradition.
The 2019 Ozark Mountain UFO Conference
The Ozark Mountain UFO Conference takes place each year at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks Conference Center on the second weekend of April. That makes the 2019 dates for the 32nd annual UFO conference April 12th-14th.
This year, as with years past, you can expect to hear several different national and international researchers present information about UFOs and related topics. There will also be a speaker panel.
So far, the keynote speakers for this year are Lee Speigel and L. A. Marzulli. Eight other speakers have been announced, and others will be announced as they are confirmed. To see the current list of speakers, check the Ozark Mountain UFO Conference website.
EVENTS DURING THE CONFERENCE
In addition to the presentations taking place throughout the weekend, there will be vendors offering unique books, jewelry, and memorabilia related to UFOs, Metaphysics, and other esoteric topics.
There will also be door prize drawings throughout the conference and 2 Grand Prize drawings on the last day.
Additionally, on Saturday there will be an exclusive Speakers Dinner during which you can meet and spend some time with the speakers! You’ll have different options to choose from for your entree, sides, and dessert.
Prior to the conference, you can bid on various auction items. Proceeds will go towards bringing in speakers.
