Which Eureka Springs and North Arkansas Railway Train Is Best for You?
EXCURSION TRAIN
A four-and-a-half hour round-trip ride on the railway’s Excursion Train is the most laid back, informative tour. Allow an experienced and passionate conductor to guide you through the Missouri and North Arkansas Railroad to “Junction” Arkansas before returning back to the station. This trip doesn’t provide a full meal like the railroad’s other two offerings, but passengers can purchase beverages and snacks. This train also allows leashed pets to join! Adult tickets can be purchased at $16 each.
LUNCH TRAIN
Indulge in one of many delicious menu options when you ride this Eureka Springs railway’s Lunch Train. This tour is not narrated, so spend the hour and a half train ride viewing nature’s lush green landscape, chatting with your company, and enjoying lunch. Menu options include everything from hearty beef stroganoff to a light chicken salad served with fruit. All entrees are served with fresh-baked hot rolls and a select dessert. Adult tickets for this ride are $26 and include your meal.
DINNER TRAIN
The Eureka Springs and North Arkansas Railway’s Dinner Train is their most romantic offering, with white linen-covered tables and fresh flowers atop each table. This two-hour ride is not narrated, allowing you to peacefully indulge in “The Conductor,” a slow roasted prime rib served with rich au jus, or “Chicken Eurekan,” a juicy, baked chicken served with creamy white sauce. All entrees are served with soup, salad, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables drizzled with hollandaise, and a baked Alaska dessert that’s charmingly shaped like a train. Wine and champagne are available during your ride to enhance your romantic experience. Tickets for this railway experience are just $40.50.
